It all started in 2017 when Scott launched BDC Consulting and fulfilled his lifelong dream of starting a consulting business. He has an extensive background of over three decades in construction and development and possesses an optimal fusion of construction expertise and business acumen. Before the inception of BDC Consulting, Scott dedicated many years to the role of project executive at Bedrock Detroit. His profound understanding of the industry and personal affiliations and networks among construction and development experts position him as a trailblazing figure in consulting.

Miea Loiselle
Project Manager
Having obtained her Building Construction Management degree from Michigan State University in 1999, Miea embarked on a journey within the construction management sector. Presently, she holds the role of a Project Manager at BDC Consulting, where she effectively supervises a multitude of new construction and renovation projects worth millions of dollars across the metro Detroit area. Miea places significant value on cultivating personal and professional relationships with her clients, contractors, and architects, viewing this as a pivotal factor among numerous others contributing to project success.

Intern
Currently in his final semester of studying Commercial Real Estate Development and Finance at the University of Michigan, Drew aids BDC Consulting in evolving to the new and changing world of Commercial Real Estate technology and innovation. Drew places a significant emphasis on merging both the built environment and the financial sector, maximizing both financial returns and impact on the local community and all of BDC Consulting’s projects.
